  • Single room has a balcony with views of the local neighbourhood or the town.
  • Single room with seaview is on the second floor with a balcony looking towards the sea and castle.
  • Economy Room doesn't have a balcony but a window with views to the local neighbourhood.
  • Double/twin rooms are situated on the upper floors of the hotel, with views to the nearby olive grove and the town of Parga. Several can take an extra bed to make a triple (these tend to be three single beds).
  • Seaview double rooms have balcony which overlooks the Ionian sea , the Venetian Castle and the historical centre of Parga .
  • Seaview Deluxe double with balcony are slightly larger than the seaview double rooms and offer views to the Ionian, the castle and the centre of Parga.
  • Penthouse seaview double with private terrace – this is the only room situated on the hotel's terrace with an exterior wooden deck and breathtaking views to the sea, the Venetian Castle, the nearby olive groves and the town of Parga. It also features a spacious balcony with sunbeds and outdoor furniture.

There is free parking places on the public road next to the hotel but this may be tricky in high season. There are private parking businesses nearby - since 2024 there has been a large parking area at the entrance to Parga (about 1km from the hotel) which has plenty of spaces. It allows 24-hour access with a flat daily rate and lets you enter and exit freely during your stay.
