Hotel Piran offers 103 rooms and suites. All are en suite with air conditioning, telephone, satellite television, hair dryer, mini bar, safety deposit box, and wifi. Double rooms enjoy either city view, church view, or sea view (a few of the sea view rooms have terrace or balcony). A few of the double rooms are in the attic and a few in the basement.

The Presidential Suites have either sea view with terrace or city view (no terrace); Deluxe Suites have either balcony or terrace and sea view.

The hotel restaurant offers fabulous fresh seafood dishes and well as meat and vegetarian specialities. From Heaven Terrace 99 (open June-Sept) you can observe the 'tre terre' three countries & enjoy unforgettable sunsets.

Wellness & Spa -  the path in front of the Hotel Piran, known for the beneficial effects, was discovered originally by the ancient Romans and named Path of health and friendship – or 'La Riva della salute'. The Mediterranean climate relieves stress and has beneficial effects on physical and mental health. Massages, beauty treatments, make up, health rituals are all available at the Hotel Piran.

Parking - in Piran parking is only allowed for the inhabitants of the town if they have a special permit. In order to drop off visitors and luggage, the town may be entered free of charge for a period of 15 minutes. The guests of the hotel and other visitors may park at the Fornače Car Park which is located just before entering Piran. Guests will be given a 50% discount on their parking fee at the car park if the fee is paid at the reception.
