Built in the late 18th century, Kamares Boutique Hotel is one of the few mansions to survive the 1820 fire, as evidenced by the stone masonry of the ground floor. It is widely regarded as a masterpiece of traditional Ioannina architecture, showcasing the style and craftsmanship of the city at the height of its historical prominence.

Exquisitely restored and transformed into a boutique hotel, Kamares retains the original 18th-century features while seamlessly incorporating all modern amenities.
