Built in 1910, in the contemporary style of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, the former Hotel Riviera was the first hotel in the historical heritage town of Poreč, hosting guests from the aristocracy. The hotel was renovated in 2009 with respect for the original architecture, and after many years it opened its doors once again, under the name of BO Hotel Palazzo.
BO Hotel Palazzo features 70 elegantly decorated and modernly furnished rooms, as well as 4 luxury and spacious suites. Room types are Economy, Classic, Premium, Superior, Junior Suite, Junior Suite Loft and Suites. The suites take their names from the islets and cliffs of the Poreč archipelago: Karbola, Sarafel, Butašel and Altež.
All rooms are en suite and equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, telephone, wifi, mini bar, hairdryer. With the Premium & Superior rooms you can request a sea view as well as a room with a balcony. The suites enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and feature a separate bedroom & living room.
Restaurant “Ritzi” offers a pleasant and charming interior with discreet secession style details where you can fully enjoy à la carte service. Meals are prepared from fresh ingredients following traditional recipes and the restaurant offers an extensive wine list. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of St. Nicholas; you can also find the aquarium from which you can chose your own fish.
Wellness and Spa Oasis offers a choice of treatments tailored to your needs; enjoy the magnificent view of the blue sea from the relax zone, or take it easy in the Finnish sauna or the Turkish sauna, Jacuzzi or simply relax in a deckchair by the outdoor pool.
The well-equipped gym is on the ground floor.
